Policies

Registration policy :

  • The number of registration is limited for each course.
  • Courses are subject to cancellation 7 days prior to the scheduled date if the number of registration is less than 10 participants
  • Entries will be accepted no later than one week before the date of the chosen course
  • Confirmation of the transaction will be sent by email.
  • The certificate and the receipt will be emailed after training.
  • Only assessment questionnaire will be delivered on site.
  • Lecture notes will be sent by e-mail when not available in printed version
  • Coffee, tea and juice will be served to all training.
  • Dinner is included in the cost of registration for full day courses

 


 

Cancellation policy :

Note that as of March 18, 2020 there will be no refund following events caused by Covid-19. Session will take place at a later date and / or a webinar will be available.
